Canadian or American. 19th century. An extra large (20+") turned wooden bowl retaining original red paint and a thinned edge at the rim with two incised rings below the edge. Found in Fenwick, Ontario. Mid 19th century. Unmarked.
Condition
Excellent condition with expected wear, untouched surface with appropriate build-up and crazing. One faint 1/2" hairline travels diagonally across the recessed edge.

Hardwood.
