A long pine schoolhouse sign from Big Tracadie, a historic African-Canadian community in Eastern Antigonish, Nova Scotia. Painted with black letters on a dry white painted background, weathered surface some paint chips. Early 20th century. Marked, front.
Condition
Very good, some edge wear, strong lettering and colour. Pencil mark on the front.
