Description
An early Quebec V box in blue paint with the four posts having a corner bead and the base having a simple striated molding. With the original forged iron lock and cast hinges. A dark blue overpaint has been removed to reveal the lighter blue underneath (traces of the dark blue remain). 1820-1830.
Condition
Very good. Dryscraped.
