A naive chunky decoy with an inlet sheet iron head, all in original heavily alligatored red and white paint. Wonderful folky form and dry highly pebbled surface. A forged iron hook is affixed to the bottom -- must have been a little top heavy without the weight! Large age crack through the back and expected wear. Unmarked.

Good condition. Has one central pressure split running across the top. Retains most original surface on metal and wood. A minor bend to the bill with surface loss to one side of bill.
