German. 1914 to mid 1920s.. Lehmann was best known for their painted clockwork toys and tin windups. They ended their production of windups in the mid 1920s. Lehmann toys remain among the most highly sought after toys by collectors. Marked with Lehmann trademark logo on grille, flag, rear panel and rear doors. Marked "Lehmann" on key, rear panel and front lower chassis. Marked "Made in Germany" on rear.
Condition
Good overall condition. Tested and working. Some pinpoint nicks. Edges of cloth top have frayed. Retains windshield. Some surface wear to driver.
