American or British. Late 19th/early 20th century. Cane with a large loop handle. Made from laminated leather discs with a metal core. Inset hardwood spacers, one with the inlaid inscription "Made by Prisoner". Inlaid, at band.

Chip from the tip with a hairline extending outward from it.
