British. 1920s/1930s. Hobbies-Bowman were famous for their steam and clockwork driven model boats, but also made rubber/elastic driven boats such as this Greyhound model. Marked, "Bowman Models Dereham Norfolk", on original wooden crate. Marked, "Greyhound", on bow of boat.

Very good condition. Retains original crate. Some Minor flakes to the painted tin cover. The hull is good with minor oxidation to the propeller and rudder. Box retains some of the original tissue packing paper.
