Wickham, Quebec. Last quarter 20th century. A striking primitive carving of a man walking his spotted dog, by Emile Bluteau. Signed, "E. Bluteau", on bottom of base.
Condition
In good, original condition No visible breaks or repairs. Note that his hat is made from a found bottle cap.

Carved and painted wood with a leather leash.
