American. Circa 1944. Artist was Martha Sawyers (1902-1988). Poster was designed to encourage the public to purchase war bonds to aid the war effort. Printer's and issuer's marks at right and left of lower edge of border. Artist signature above the word "BUY" in lower left quadrant.
Condition
Excellent condition. Creases from original mailing. Poster not examined out of frame.
