American. Circa 1942. Novelty items depicting Hitler and Mussolini. Both figures marked on the rear lower neck area.

Mussolini has active flaking to left cheek, upper face, and hat and chipping and surface wear to base. Hitler has areas of paint loss to hair and surface wear and marks throughout face and neck. Cloth base with one corner coming unglued. Both have scratches and scuffs to insides of mouths/ashtrays.
