Quebec. C. 1970. A highly regarded and collected work by Pierre Corriveau (1889-1980) in the category of primitive folk art. A yellow and white brightly painted duck/bird stands with its overly large feet on a blue base. Pierre Corriveau used scrap wood and metal in most of his work He created work to decorate his yard, and therefore none of his work is known to be signed.
