Possibly Ontario. 1870s. A pair of redware jars; one with a matching lid, the other without a lid has an exceptional and unusual glaze.
Condition
Light wear in the glaze along the rims is evident on both jars. A small chip exists on the inner rim of the covered jar and a portion of the lid knob is missing.
Medium
Redware.
