Ontario. 3rd quarter 19th century. Ink on paper. Naive monochromatic ink wash drawing of two playful puppies gazing towards the viewer. Set in a pastoral landscape of hills and trees, with village and a small church in the distance. In original period frame with gilt liner.
Condition
Minor staining on left middle. Slight chip to corner of frame.
