Two pieces. English or American. Late 19th century. Softwood, fabric. Wonderful early carved and well painted hand puppets of the crocodile and the policeman, from a Punch and Judy puppet set.
Condition
Lower jaw of the crocodile is detached. Paint loss and wear to each figure. Fabric is very fragile, and on the crocodile, mostly detached..
