This decoy is similar to D.W. or D.K. Nichol's earlier work however, it was not made by Nichol. The decoy is a later gunning repaint by D.W. Nichol of Smith Falls, ON. The repaint exhibits paint surface shrinkage and flaking on the side(s). Overall, the decoy is in good, worn gunning condition. Circa 1920. 5.5" H x 11.75" W x 5.5" D. CODE-DCOY
