Description
American. 1830s. Column and splat transitional style. Mahogany with half round stenciled side columns. Paw feet are replacement. Wooden dial with Roman numerals. Thirty-hour time and strike wooden works weight driven movement. Label marked, "Patent Clocks Made & Sold by Samuel Terry, Bristol, Conn". 27" (h); 16.5" (w); 5" (d). Original Glass - repainted by H. Klock. Splat requires glue repair. Top corner blocks require repair. Dick Withington collection.
