Description
Canadian. 1941. Embossed single-sided tin (SST). This is an early sign featuring bottles of Pepsi Cola on ice. The logo on this sign is known as the "double dot" or "logo with a colon", for the 2 dots that separate the words Pepsi and Cola. This is the later version of the double-dot sign. Pepsi, a company known for frequently changing their logo, used the double dot until the early 1940s, with this sign specifically dated 1941. The sign, with an embossed 12 ounce bottle of Pepsi (that was first introduced in 1934), has vivid coloring and visual appeal. An excellent addition to any Pepsi, advertising, soda pop or other general collection. Marked "St. Thomas" at lower left edge and "Printed in Canada 6-41" at lower right edge. Authenticated by The Authentication Company (TAC #400645). All items are guaranteed authentic by Miller & Miller Auctions. All purchases are eligible for delivery to the Spring Dixie Gas & Oil Show on April 10-12 2025.

Multiple non-factory pinpoint punctures throughout but primarily at the edges.
