American. Last quarter 19th century. Cranberry opalescent font, notch and prism black base, slip burner, frosted and etched slip chimney. Marked, "P&A Mfg Co., June 25th, 94" on the burner thumb wheel.
Condition
Excellent condition. Lamp has a few spots of very minor roughness along the base edge. Chimney has a few small bubbles and a few tiny faint scuffs along the neck.
