Western Ontario. Uncommonly decorated with a pattern of sponge-applied brown slip over the body. The maker is unknown, but the jug displays consistencies with known examples from the earlier Germanic potteries of Western Ontario. Unsigned. decorated with a pattern of sponge-applied brown slip over the clay body.
Condition
Heavy spalling to lower half, with flaking, etc.
