Description
A rectangular marquetry games table in walnut with two inlaid checkerboards on the top flanking four mini checkerboards, a floral bouquet and various motifs. The top is fitted (not attached) and rests on stylized legs with a cross-banded stretcher board - duplicating the inlaid florals and geometrics of the top. Good condition with some veneer loss on the legs, original porcelain casters, 1875-90
Condition
Very good condition. Inlay is tight. Some age cracks in top. Legs are loose but do not come off.
