Description
A rare lot of 13 bills of sale and price lists etc., from various potteries operating at the turn of the 19th/20th century: Huron Pottery (J.B. Weber), Elliott/Aultsville, Peterborough (John F. and Mrs. S.F. Allin), Hart Bros. & Lazier (Belleville), James Skinner, Toronto, and a letter from the Montreal Pottery Company. 1879-1905. Two lots are mounted in contemporary frames.
Condition
Most pieces are in very good condition. Each exhibits light toning. Most have some creases with a few exhibiting minor stains, slight tears and some losses at corners. Two pieces are only the top portion of the original billhead. Lots 1 and 2 are professionally framed in contemporary materials.
