Canadian. 1910s. Carhartt Inc. is a work wear company known for its heavy-duty work wear. The company was founded in Detroit, Michigan in 1889 and within 20 years, expanded into other locations including Canada. The company's logo was nicknamed "Car in Heart" with the train car and heart components. A very collectible sign in magnificent condition. Authenticated by The Authentication Company. (TAC #400218). Condition
Grade: 9.5. Excellent condition with superb colour and gloss. Requires one fastener- sign is secured to original wooden frame with original fasteners (leather washers with brass roundhead slotted screws). Minor edge loss to porcelain beneath the 'F' in the word "Factories" at lower edge.
