British or Continental. Late 19th century. Horn-handled cane with small gage shotgun barrel concealed inside the stained hardwood shaft. Retains original pressure fit tip. Unmarked.

Crack running underneath the handle to the bend with some old filler remaining. Two parallel cracks that extend from the band toward the bend. Surface of the stick shows wear from use. Not tested.
