American or British. 19th century. Sword stick with a bone handle carved as a fist grasping a snake. The plain shaft with dark mahogany stain finish. With steel blade of elliptical profile. Bronze ferrule and band. Unmarked.

Minor chip to the tip of the thumb. Pitting to the blade.
