American or British. Late 19th/early 20th century. Walking stick with well carved top in the form of a black man with a mustache and glass eyes. Silver band with engraved initials "G G S". The light-coloured plain shaft with a horn ferrule. Marked, on band.
Condition
Very good condition. Retains both glass eyes.
