American or British. Late 19th century. Hawthorn walking stick with hand gripping a ball. With detailed fingernails, cuff and diamond shaped cufflink. Heavy. Together with a stained hardwood walking stick of similar type. The hand with a copper ring on one finger and a brass button to the cuff. Both with brass ferrules. Unmarked.

Excellent original surface with crazing. Some wear with loss to the paint on the red ball (smaller cane).
