Description
German. 1930s. Tipp & Co. was founded by Miss Tipp and Mr. Carstens, unusual for the fact that very few women were involved in the toy industry. The company was known for their high-quality and realistic toys. Marked, with Tipp & Co. logo on gas tank. Marked, "Made in Germany", at right of driver's foot. Marked, "Dunlop Cord", on wheels.
Condition
Fair condition. Shows obvious signs of playwear throughout. Tested and working. Colour differential, oxidation and dark marking on parcel sidecar.
