Description
Japanese. 1950s. Haji was a trademark used by the Mansei Toy Company, a relatively small toy maker based in Tokyo. The company focused on toy cars and did not produce any tin toys after 1960. Marked, "Haji Japan", on rear of front seat. Marked, "Haji Made in Japan", on underside.
Condition
Very good original condition. Steering in working condition. Shows slight corrosion on chrome and windshield frame. Scratch on trunk, front hood and behind rear seat. Buckle mark by front driver's side headlamp.
