Possibly German. 1930s/1940s. Marked, "Dunlop Cord", on tires. No maker's mark.
Condition
Overall good condition. Tested and working. Spring driven. Retains original key. Shows some white paint overspray on one side. Some oxidation across the front chassis. Driver is not correct and is a period replacement.
