ARTIST
Craig Naugler (born 1973) is a sculptor and woodcarver from Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, with a career dating back to the 1990s. He is the son of the accomplished folk artist Bradford Naugler, but Craig Naugler has carved a unique artistic path of his own. While Craig Naugler is currently not creating art due to a back injury, his works continue to be sought after by folk art collectors.

Description
Bridgewater, Nova Scotia. Last quarter 20th century. This is a particularly impressive example of Craig Naugler's popular and well-known owls, with strong graphic paint and simplified form, which come together to make this owl particularly attractive. It is designed to hang on the wall. Signed, on side of base.
Condition
Excellent original condition. Paint is bright and clean.
