Description
Full body carved and painted Canada goose decoy by W. Roy Mill of Kensington, Prince Edward Island (1901-1982). Two piece head. Decoy has tack eyes, a slightly turned head, and three metal legs. Sculptor William ‘Roy’ Mill was active in the mid-20th century. Marked, "WRM", bottom.
Condition
Excellent condition. Minor impressions to paint. Not split. Two very tight body cracks are present when made.
