A Canada Goose decoy in a sentinel position with a sculpted tail and in original paint by William Roy Mill, Prince Edward Island. Mill originated the 3 large spike legs form and is the most well-known of the P.E.I. commercial carvers. Mill started making decoys in 1934. 3rd quarter, 20th century.

Good condition with some paint loss and scuffs.
