Description
American. 1920s. Velvet tobacco is a type of tobacco that tastes like burley, lightly sweetened with licorice or anise. This general store sign was considered very creative at the time, with its use of the tail of smoldering smoke to craft the word "Velvet". The sign has bold colours in heavy porcelain. All items are guaranteed authentic by Miller & Miller Auctions. All purchases are eligible for free delivery to the AACA Hershey Auto Show in Hershey, Pennsylvania on October 9-10. Authenticated by The Authentication Company (TAC #031161).
