American. 1930s. One side overpainted and turned into a trade sign.
Condition
Oxidation along the lower edge with some loss to the trade side. A 2" scratch to the right of the word "shoes" with generalized scratching and minor oxidation. The Magnus side has paint-related damage from stripping. Oxidation to the metal flange.
