Description
American. 1940s. The owner of the Moline Pressed Steel Company, Fred Lundahl, originally made auto body parts and farm implements. In 1921 Fred decided he wanted to make something new and different for his son Arthur (who was known as "Buddy"). The Buddy L Company was born. Their line of toys flourished and are now a favourite amongst toy collectors. A great item for Buddy L, toy truck, and Coca-Cola collectors. Marked, "Buddy L", on tires and cab doors.
Condition
Very good condition. Hand cart has some nicks near the handles. 6 soda bottle crates are present (2 variations). Shows minor playwear and some loss on the upper label.
