American. 1930s. This toy is one of the hardest to find of all platform toys. Bueschel was the creator and Borgfeldt was the distributor. Has a windup key. Marked, on sides, lower left and right, and on box.
Condition
Spring motor winds and functions but the cord is disconnected and car will not advance.
