American. 1950s. A police officer's uniform shows the emblem of the Pennsylvania State Trooper on the left shoulder. Marked, "Marx", on multiple spots on the toy.
Condition
Good condition. Tested and working clockwork mechanism. Siren working. Some light wear on the head. Rubber drive wheel with wooden support wheel. Marax product number 102D.
