American. 1900s Marked, "The Adams & Westlake Company Makers Chicago M.C.R.R", on the top of frame.
Condition
Was modified from a four-lens to a two-lens configuration. Heavy oxidation and losses surrounding one of the bale handle brackets. Impact to base. Old "in service" paint.
