Canadian. 1880s. Stenciled, "E.T. Wright Co. Ltd. Hamilton ONT", on frame.
Condition
Heavy oxidation and losses from base edge. Replaced wood base structure. Repainted leaving original stenciling visible. Bolt has been added through the top of the frame resulting in a large dent.

Painted metal case with stenciled script. Glass lens.
