Description
West German. 1940s. Toys are marked "U.S.-Zone Germany". Post-war German manufacturers were banned from exporting goods. Americans occupying the territories permitted the sale and export of toys so long as they were marked "Made in U.S. Zone Germany". This marking was used from the mid to late 1940s. Marked on front bumpers, cab doors, rear of pickup bed, box, and undersides. Marked, "Made in U.S.-Zone Germany", on undersides.
Condition
All toys in excellent condition. Includes one original box in excellent condition with instructions and wire. Not tested. Green car has one sticky wheel and some light scuffs.

Pressed steel, tinplate, plastic.
