St-Etienne-des-Gres, Quebec. C. 1980. Leonard Croteau was a master carver with a very strong colour sense. as illustrated here with his version of the classic Holstein cow. Laminated body. Painted black, white and pink. Signed "Croteau" at underside of left front hoof.
Condition
Good overall condition, with minor age cracks to the body.
