Hagersville, Ontario. 1986. Fine example of Steve Smith "Talking Earth Pottery" of the Six Nations Reservation . The surface with extensive incised decoration and with figures of a man and woman, deer, eagle, heron and pine tree. Marked "Talking Earth STS 86 6-020" on underside. Includes a scroll from the artist with description of symbolisms in the piece.
