Description
An exuberant miniature chest of drawers in original yellow paint. The top is dominated by a scrolled, chip-carved, and fret-cut gallery with the front edge having a raised sawtooth edge. The base is also shaped and has two hatched diamonds carved in the front skirt while the sides terminate with scrolled feet mounted on short pegs. Old cracks on the feet. Found in Magog, Quebec, mid 19th century.
