Description
Both Canadian. 1940s and 1950s. Zig Zag is from the 1940s. Called Zig Zag because of the inter-leaving process used to make the papers. This is the "White" cover version. Made by General Steel Wares, Toronto. Vogue is from the 1950s. Made by the Continental Can Co. in Toronto. Zigzag marked G.S.W. on lower edge of door; Vogue is marked on lower left side and lower edge of reverse.
Condition
Zigzag shows remnants of adhesive and permanent marker on the right side of lithograph surface over center of pack next to the head logo. Vogue dispenser has minor scratches on right lower quarter.
