Canadian. C. 1960. An unusual folk art wooden moose head carving in natural stain and mounted on a heart-shaped plaque adorned by gold-painted fish and carved stars and flowers. The rack of moose is of different wood and stained accordingly. This mid-20th-century piece is unsigned.
