Description
Beardmore, Ontario. C. 1980. This unique work of art shows a jovial fella and his large round body with arms extended from his torso. It was formed from a natural burl in the wood. His eyes were made from cross-headed wood screws. The base and feet are made from varnished plywood. Although the carving is unsigned it appears to be truly created by the hand of the Ewald Rentz.
