European. 1930s. Double-sided porcelain flange (DSPF). Marked, "Bruton, Palmers Green, N" beneath the word "Pump" on one side. Two areas of porcelain loss to the right and left of "Bowser", where the sign was likely mounted to a wall. Each hole has been filled with epoxy. An original sign outfitted with a new flange (was cut). 15"H x 21.5"L x 2"W.
