A child's carved toy horse with a jointed body and in original black and white paint. The horse is of substantial size and has carved ears and the original carved tail. Good form, nice condition with in-use wear. Quebec, late 19th century.

Cheval jouet sculpté pour un enfant avec un corps jointé et dans sa peinture d’origine noire et blanche. Le cheval est de bonne taille avec des oreilles sculptées et sa queue sculptée d'origine. Belle forme, bonne condition avec usure normale. Québec, fin 19e siècle.
