Side one shows three patches of porcelain loss near the center and within the upper left quarter. There are additional very minor losses surrounding the mounting holes and at the extreme edges. Side two shows one patch of porcelain loss within the center right margin, a small chip near the center and minor losses surrounding the mounting holes and at the extreme edges. Each side exhibits light surface scratches and a few small areas of stress lines.
