Canadian. Mid 19th century. Pine, square nails. Early painted pine hanging clock shelf with a two board splined back, nicely beaded outside edges and an arched profile to the top and bottom. A single ogee shaped bracket supports the shelf. Overpaint removed to original green.
Condition
Good condition exhibiting surface wear consistent with age.
